Managing credit requires constant awareness — but the existing app made it hard for users to see their standing or act on it with confidence. Information was fragmented, key signals were buried, and payment flows added friction across an app serving millions of active cardholders. As lead designer, I led the end-to-end redesign — rebuilding key surfaces, rethinking the information architecture, and surfacing the right actions at the right moment.
